He has significant experience in leading large scale projects like the Hilton Hotel Wellington where he took over from Arrow international, supplied one hundred plus workers/contractors over a three year period and has supplied labour to majority of the large scale construction companies in Wellington over the last fifteen years. He motivates through example in all projects he is involved in, ensuring the team is focused on delivering the desired result in an efficient manner. Jan Werkman – Technical Manager
Jan will take on the role of Technical Manager given his extensive experience in establishing and operating these types of facilities both in New Zealand and internationally.

• Oversaw the building of a Euro 300 million Dairy Ingredients Dry Mix factory in Germany Muller Gruppe Sachsenmilch.
• Involved in the building of Westland Milk Industries D6, D7 to Infant Nutrition factory and the Rolleston factory.
• Oversaw the build of the New Zealand Dairy Company Factory in Auckland – canning and blending factory which was sold to Synlait in 2017.
• Has a significant global network of customers including DANONE, BMI, Nestle, Mead Johnson, Friesland Campina, Fonterra, Abbott and ALPHA.
John Missen – Export & Sales Manager
Formulator and exporter of New Zealand food and beverage products (including Halal), specifically in the field of added value dairy and niche specialties, to Asia generally and China specifically. Infavita and Caravita brands. Auckland based. Distributors in Shanghai, Beijing, Ningbo, Xi’an, Xiamen, Hebei and Ganugzhou.
Specialties: Combined engineering and business tertiary qualifications. Extensive experience in working with growth technology companies, in industry groups including mining, petrochemical, chemical engineering, food and beverage, export and marine. Now specialize in developing infant nutrition products for the Asian generally (including Malaysia and Indonesia) and China specifically markets.
